Cancellation Policy

At Homebiq, we aim to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. However, customers may request order cancellations under the following conditions.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once the order has been dispatched from our warehouse, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

Customers who wish to cancel their order must contact our support team immediately with their order details.

Prepaid Orders

If a prepaid order is cancelled before shipment, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used during checkout.

The refund is typically initiated within 3–5 business days, and the amount may take additional time to reflect depending on the bank or payment provider.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For Cash on Delivery orders, cancellation requests must be made before the order is shipped. Once the order is dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

Order Already Shipped

If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, customers may refer to our Refund & Return Policy after receiving the product.
